Change Your Day In Less Than a Minute
30 Seconds of Gratitude

Science keeps showing us the same thing: practicing gratitude rewires the brain for more resilience, better sleep, lower stress, and stronger relationships. It’s not about ignoring what’s wrong; it's about focusing on what is right. It’s about training your attention to also see what’s still good.
A simple daily practice:
• Write down 3 things you’re grateful for.
• Be specific (not just “nature,” but “the way the morning light hits the hibiscus plant.”)
• Feel it for a few seconds Over time, this small habit shifts your baseline from scarcity to abundance.
You don’t have to wait for life to be amazing to start,
You simply start an amazing life.
Gratitude turns what we have into enough.
It softens hard days, brightens ordinary moments, and reminds us that even in the middle of chaos, there is still so much good to notice. Today, take 30 seconds to name three things you’re thankful for.
I'll go first - a warm sunset, all the people who have supported this non-profit and walking on sandy beaches.
It doesn’t have to be big — a cold drink, a warm greeting, a kind text, the fact that you made it through yesterday. Gratitude doesn’t erase the hard stuff, it overshadows it.
What are you grateful for today?
