Operation Safe Waters
A veteran-focused division with two pathways, the Lifeguard Corps (certified lifeguard placement at pools and beaches) and M2O Water Safety Educators (dry-land curriculum delivery in schools and recreation centers).
Veterans are uniquely equipped to teach emotional regulation and situational awareness. They have lived it.
Impact: Simultaneously addresses the lifeguard workforce gap and creates meaningful, credentialed employment and purpose for veterans transitioning out of service.
